A Shandong-based LED industrial lighting manufacturer with engineering roots going back to 2003.
Who we are
PIB is an industrial LED lighting manufacturer based in Shandong, China. We design and build explosion-proof, industrial and solar luminaires for customers who cannot afford a lighting failure: refineries, chemical plants, ports, mines, warehouses and municipal networks.
Our engineering team has worked with LED light sources since 2003 — long before LED became the default — and that experience shows in the details: multi-layer heat dissipation paths, tool-free driver access, optical compartments that stay sealed for the life of the fitting.
What we make
- Explosion-proof lighting — linear, floodlight and high-bay luminaires certified Ex db IIC T6 Gb for Zone 1 & 2 gas and Zone 21 & 22 dust atmospheres.
- Industrial & flood lighting — triple-proof floodlights and modular projectors for plants, tunnels and sports fields.
- Street & area lighting — ultra-flat street luminaires with photocell and Bluetooth control.
- Solar lighting — all-in-one solar street lights with LiFePO4 batteries engineered for 50 °C ambient temperatures.
How we work
Every product is developed with our distributors, not for them. Field feedback goes straight into the next revision, which is why our housings open without tools, our spare parts are shared across series, and our documentation arrives tender-ready.
We ship with CE declarations, ATEX / IECEx certificates, IES and LDT photometry and full test reports, so your project file is complete before the container leaves the factory.
Milestones
- 2003 — our founder begins working with LED light sources, one of the first generation of LED specialists in China.
- 2010 — first MOCVD equipment built in China by the engineering team.
- 2014 — patented LED tube pin-cap design adopted across the industry.
- 2019 — the PIB brand is established; 415 solar street lights exported to the Middle East in the first year.
- 2020 — PangDun floodlight and Little Skinny street light series released.
- 2021 — New Kingkong explosion-proof high bay and Mars explosion-proof floodlight series released.
- Today — seven product series, more than ten export markets, one factory.
Where we ship
Europe, the Middle East, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Africa, Latin America and North America. Along the Belt & Road we work directly with local distributors who stock spares and support installation on site.
